Description of Work: Doesn't get much worse than this. wrong shingles. They deny and won't replace. Won't return any phone calls. How do companies like this manage to do business?

+ -1 moreInitial communication was good but as the work progressed the communication became non-existent when I requested that the proper color of shingle be used. They never came back to correct their mistake. Very shady operation.
Description of Work: They repaired a chimney flashing that was leaking. They used a different color of shingle. It is very noticable. They stated that the shingles would fade to blend in with the existing. I called the shingle manufacturer (GAF) to inquire about any fading. GAF stated that their shingles do not fade. I later requested the shingles to be replaced with the correct color. Cost Plus Roofing Mary Bolanz said that they would not come back out and if I didn't pay that they would file a lien.

+ -1 moreThe roof was put on about 2 years ago, but I'm still trying to get them to fix it the way it was supposed to be. They damaged my birdbath and some trees. They left nails and shingle remains all over. I'm still finding them in my yard. They put the wrong kind of vent in on the roof, so it looks bad. I've called and called and they have been rude to me. This is an ongoing problem and I feel like I've been taken. I don't think my roof will pass inspection and I'm trying to sell my house. The only good thing is that insurance paid all but $570.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof on my 2,050 square foot home. They used 30 year architectural shingles.
