Initial communication was good but as the work progressed the communication became non-existent when I requested that the proper color of shingle be used. They never came back to correct their mistake. Very shady operation.

The roof was put on about 2 years ago, but I'm still trying to get them to fix it the way it was supposed to be. They damaged my birdbath and some trees. They left nails and shingle remains all over. I'm still finding them in my yard. They put the wrong kind of vent in on the roof, so it looks bad. I've called and called and they have been rude to me. This is an ongoing problem and I feel like I've been taken. I don't think my roof will pass inspection and I'm trying to sell my house. The only good thing is that insurance paid all but $570.
