Wonderful service from start to completion. At first meeting, Kyle carefully explained in detail the options and available choices. He even came out on installation day to make sure everything was in order. We were provided weekly updates on progress and projected timeline for installation. 100% recommend Clarity for your window needs. From planning, to communication to installation, to quality, our expectations were surpassed. Kyle helped us creatively plan our window purchase based on our needs and budget. Jesse and his team were great at communicating through the installation process with anything they saw as they removed the old windows. They were also extremely excellent at cleaning up after each window. I only had minor dusting to do after they left. We find ourselves just staring out the beautiful, new windows. Kyle did a great job showing us the window options. He answered all our questions and thoroughly explained what to expect at installation . He also provided us with the warranty information. We are very pleased with the great customer service Kyle and the Clarity team have demonstrated. Arturo and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. The Clarity team was first class all the way. They were extremely professional and communicated with us during the entire process. Kyle did a great job showing us all the options available for the new front door. He's very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Using the application on his laptop, he was able to show us exactly what the door would look like. Also, he printed a picture of the door and included a list of the options we selected. Steve and his team installed the door and made sure the area was completely clean when they finished the job. The door looks beautiful and is exactly what we wanted . Thanks to Kyle and Steve for outstanding customer service!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Clarity Windows & Doors! We were looking to replace a small number of windows (3) and were having trouble finding a company that would take on such a small project. We called Clarity Windows & Doors. Kyle helped us choose the right windows for our project that was in our budget. Clarity kept us well informed throughout the whole process and provided weekly updates. Arturo and his team arrived on time to install the windows. They did a great job on the installation. The best part is that he and his crew vacuumed/cleaned up after they were done. Amazingly gorgeous windows...it's like there's no window at all. We initially replaced 3 back doors with Clarity & their rep, Bill Merlyn, was so low key & knowledgeable, we came back to him for the entire back of the house. Our crew of Jessie & Edgar & Sebastian were unbelievalbe. One of the 2nd story windows was over 400 lbs. The workmanship and professionalism was 1st rate. We considered other window companies, & Clarity definitely was not the cheapest, but absolutely was the best.

We replaced 23 windows, and Clarity was great from beginning to end. Bill did a great job helping us understand our window options at the beginning, and I can't say enough about the installation crew. They were punctual and very professional. The folks in the office did a wonderful job communicating with us, so we always knew what to expect and when. Just a great group of folks with an excellent product! By the way, we have already noticed how much the windows have reduced the outside noise and reduced the temperature next to the windows in the heat of the day. Will definitely use Clarity again...and have already recommended them to friends.

The seal had broken on one of the bathroom picture windows and was leaking. Due to the age of the windows we decided to replace them to avoid any further problems. We met with Kyle and he provided us with a complete list of window options and explained the benefits and features of each choice. He also had window samples which were very helpful to us in making our selection. We were advised weekly regarding the status of our order and when the windows arrived the installation went very smoothly. The installation team did an outstanding job, the windows are perfect and they left the work area spotless. I reached out to Clarity on a Monday and set a meeting for Thursday. Kyle was on time, professional, informative about the product, the process and the company. He did something that gave me great comfort: he told me what he was going to do, and then he did exactly what he said. The bid for my work was presented in writing before he left. I had a few questions the next day and over the weekend, I decided to go with Clarity. The installers came out and measured again for accuracy and my windows were ordered. Six weeks later, my windows arrived. I scheduled my installation and Arturo, Jesus and Justino arrived on time and got straight to work. They were professional and knowledgeable and were very respectful of our home. They cleaned as they installed each unit and took pride in their work. These were excellent craftsmen. I would recommend Clarity Windows to anybody who is looking. Great Product, Great Process, Great Experience and Great People

We had 22 Anlin windows installed by Clarity. From the original appointment with the salesman, Bill Merlyn, through the installation work done by Steve & Josh, we could not have selected a better company than Clarity. They delivered what they promised! The Clarity Office Team kept us informed via email and phone where we were throughout the manufacturing process (made in USA). Once the installation started the guys showed up when they said they would, kept us informed on how the work was progressing, cleaned up all the debris created during the replacement, and made sure the windows were thoroughly clean when the job was all done. The quality of the windows, price, energy efficiency, lifetime warranty, ability to transfer warranty on to next homeowner, and the fact that they are a local company all helped seal the deal. We have already noticed a significant reduction in outside noise and our air conditioner is not running as much as before which says a lot when the outside temp is HOT (high 90's to 100 degrees). I love our new windows and so very glad that we chose Clarity. When it comes time for a new door, I know where we are looking!

A crew came to replace 13 windows. The amount of time required to do the work spot on. In addition, they discovered an electrical issue immediately, which allowed us to get an electrician out to fix that did not impact the installation schedule.

I needed to replace the windows in the new home I bought and I am so glad I went with Clarity. They were always prompt and courteous over the phone and they worked with me to make sure that the windows were installed before I moved in. They also had financing, which was so helpful. Almost a year in and I am so happy with my experience and how the windows turned out!

I had all the windows in my house replaced. Working with Clarity was a great experience from beginning to end. Jon was their sales representative. He was knowledgeable and patient. I received estimates for several different types of windows with complete explanations of what each provided. Upon deciding what met my needs best an order was placed. I was kept informed on the schedule I should expect. The installation team who completed the job did and excellent job not only on the installation but also on keeping the area clean as much as was possible. The finished product has made my house more comfortable overall. i have had to use less energy for AC, the noise reduction was substantial and UV from the sun has been reduced. The "clarity" (no pun intended) of the windows is wonderful.
