We had an incredible response - over 30 showings in 3 weeks, which is incredible in this market. Listing your house at the right price is so important, and Chris is very realistic. She knows the market very well, and would recommend a price that would enable you to sell your house in a reasonable amount of time. We got exactly what we hoped to get, and sold the house in less than a month. Can't beat that.

Chris started working on finding me a house right away. She listened to what my needs and wants were and was extremely patient. She started emailing me listings before I came to town, and adjusted her lists based upon my feedback. I flew in to Dallas for a long weekend and Chris got to work right away. She picked me up at my hotel the same day I arrived and we spent the afternoon looking at houses. The next two days we searched as well. She provided excellent and professional advice and helped me select the best home for my needs. She then recommended an inspector, and went to the house to get the report because I was out of town. She kept the process moving along so that I could close ASAP without any problems. I flew back into town for closing and she again picked me up at my hotel and went with me. Chris always made me feel as though I were her biggest client, even though I know I was one of her smaller clients. She is professional, friendly, and goes above & beyond.
