ARRANGED FOR TECHNICIAN TO MEET ME AT MY RESIDENCE TO EXTERMINATE MY HOME. OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED THE DAY OF SERVICES & LEFT A MESSAGE STATING THAT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS OUT SICK & THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED FOR 9/16/04 AND AS OF 11/2/04, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FOR RESCHEDULING! I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT NEED ME AS A CUSTOMER AS THEY DID NOT VALUE MY REQUEST FOR SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

EVIDENTLY UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. PAST EXPERIENCES WERE EXCELLENT, BUT PRESENT OWNER DOES NOT SEEM TOO INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY NEXT TIME.
