Calico

My Husband and I paid to have two chairs slip covered.  We were okay paying a higher price because Calico Corners totes its high quality workmanship and fabrics.  To my best recollection we paid $1800 per chair.  They are large club chairs that needed new cushions made.  Approximately 18 months later... life and a dirty dog jumping on my chairs after a rain storm, I needed to get them cleaned. I tried to get them off the chairs, no matter how careful or diligent I was, they ripped.  I had them professionally dry cleaned and could not get them back on.  I contacted the store and had several conversations with the manager.  They told me they are suppose to be tight ... I agree but not so tight they rip coming off.  They told me it had been two years... So I guess they are only high quality in the first 6 months?  They came back a few different times with offers to replace at 30% off... then 50% off... 
I was told they were filthy... this is not true. They tried to blame the cleaners... Could they have shrunk them? Sure... but the issue is they ripped coming off the furniture. The blame game and refusal to see the issues on their part were over the top. Conversations were not very professional.  I told them I wanted them replaced because the "quality" was not there.  They refused.  I would not recommend this store.  If something goes wrong the concern is not with how their product performs, but in their bottom line.  
A quality product lasts.... does not rip coming off.... or shrink when professionally cleaned. If that does happen...
A quality company takes care of the issue when their product fails.

They do a great job with helping you cordinate your colors, help you measure what size rods you need, will also help with installation as well. They have a great selection of fabric and I will continue to use them.
