Work was done as required, friendly serviceman, oiled other door while on site. Work went as expected. Would certainly use again. The quick response was great.

Provided an estimate on Tuesday, installed the door on Wednesday. Competitive price well aligned with two other estimates. Did great work. Door looks and works great.

Fantastic. The owner came by. Looked closely at my needs and requirements. Beech's installed a fantastic garage door opener. For very little cost, they replaced all the rollers. The job was installed quickly and to perfection. Their job was about 2/3 the cost of other bids I received. Top quality people and top notch product and installation.

Very professionally done....within a day or two of my phone call and exactly when committed. He called to let me know he was running late from an earlier call which ran into problems. He committed to a new time and showed up exactly when he said. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone (actually a bit less because I only needed 1 repeater instead of 2). Couldn't ask for more. I might have found the job cheaper (or maybe not) but was happy to pay for what I got.

He spent necessary time assessing the situation. We now believe that there is some type of unknown radio interference occurring in the vicinity. He refused to bill me. Hard to find honest and conscientious expert technicians like Brian these days. Beech will definitely replace my garage doors next year.

I've used Beech's for all my garage door needs and they have always provide excellent service. Terry is very affordable, responsive and is quick to schedule and onsite visit. I'm on an annual preventive maintenance program and it's working a little too well. I'm waiting for a garage door opener that he installed over 15 years ago to fail so I can replace it with a newer one that can be controlled through a smartphone, but their preventive maintenance program has kept it running in optimal condition for all these years.
I don't need a lot of garage door maintenance, but when I do, I call Terry.

Our daughters garage door was not closing and one of the wheels came off the track. Beech's put the wheel back on the track and found a problem with one of the door sensors.They recommended replacing the sensors which they did. They also tightened the spring, made adjustments to the track ,found a missing bolt holding the opener to the ceiling. They did a complete tuneup and repair. They were awesome!

I called first thing Monday morning, the door stopped working on Sunday. They put me at the top of the schedule as I work in Dallas and have a long commute. Brian arrived within an hour of me calling and everything was fixed in the next 45 minutes and I was off to work. He was quick,clean, everything is working. I really appreciated them coming out so I did not have to take the day off work. Great service!

Second time I've used them. I was pleased with previous work 6 years ago and got the same excellent installer.
Even though the price was a bit higher than another company, I chose the security of a known company.
Brian is not allowed to go into attics but helped my husband position the holes so the wiring would go through the attic instead of across the garage ceiling. He loaned us his drill as our battery pack was no charged.
Left the work site clean. We recycled the cardboard for him and he recycled an old downspout found in the attic for us.
Doors and windows in doors much high quality than the Overhead door we used to have.
They also use finishing nails to add an angled piece of weather stripping to the door jambs and overhead. It is color matched to the door and will help keep weather out of the garage. The only niggling little detail is the cut edges of the weather stripping at the bottom could have been crisper and it would have been nice if they caulked the nail holes instead of telling us to get almond caulk.
They replace every piece of the garage hardware, rail, rollers, springs, hinges etc. The nylon bearing rollers are much quieter.
We are both happy with this high quality installation.

I had used this company in the past and was always satisfied. You call, get information by phone, set an install date and you are done. I was very surprised that the tech who came this time was the same one who had installed my old door opener. Any company that retains employees like this is doing something right. I would use them again and recommend to friends.

Very prompt, professional service. In addition to the garage door opener repair we had asked for a keyless entry pad to be installed. He recommended a less expensive solution, but did not follow up.

We had a bin fall onto the bracket which secures the garage door opener at front wall of garage. It totally tore the bracket out of the wall, and opener would not work. We called on a holiday and left a message; early the next morning, they called and said they would make us their first stop of the day. They arrived early; replaced the old bracket with a more secure one and hooked everything back up. We have used this company several times in the past; they installed a new door opener for us and replaced the tension spring. They have been great every time we have used them.

its been several months since I had the work done, so I don't remember all the details, but these guys are totally honest and straight-forward to work with. Added bonus - my door was cracked at the top (unknown to me), and after he replaced the torsion springs he put a piece of angle iron across the top of the door to strengthen it - FOR NO CHARGE! -saving me no telling how much in a complete door replacement sometime in the future. would absolutely hire these guys again.

The owner, Terry Beech, helped with selection of custom insulated garage door that they special ordered. Performed very professional installation that was carefully done while I watched. Very pleased with the entire job. Easy to work with and installer was excellent.

Called Beech's since I used them the last time to install remotes. Terry answered and I explained that I heard a loud noise and can't open the garage door. He said the spring broke and he can send someone over later in the morning. He told me how much it would cost and that it would take less than an hour to install. Around 11am Brian came over, replaced springs, and was done by 11:30am and I paid exactly what was quoted.
