They did a great job. They replaced the wooden parts with plastic. I shouldn't have to have any work done on it again. The person who did the work was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

We did online research about converting our fireplace (which has a gas starter) to gas logs and discovered that most gas logs are convenient but do not radiate much warmth in a room. Through the online research we discovered that a new line of gas logs produced by Hargrove logs radiate more warmth from the fire than most other products. The Hargrove website showed BBQ Outfitters in Southlake as a retail dealer. The trip to BBQ Outfitters was approximately 40 minutes from our home but worth the effort because we could not be more pleased with the Hargrove Cross Timber logs and the service we received from BBQ Outfitters. Our living room has a high ceiling but the new gas logs warm the room much better than our previous wood-burning fireplace and are more convenient to use.
