From requesting a quote to installation, Jack did an excellent job and provided great customer service. He installed 3 overhead Saferacks in our garage. He was punctual, thorough, and professional; you can tell he knows what he's doing! Would recommend his services without any hesitation.

Attic Butlers provided me a quote over Angie's List. When they came out, there was a bit more work than they expected due to needing to install an attic ladder where there was only a hole in the sheetrock vs actually replacing an existing attic ladder. Jack provided a revised quote prior to beginning work. He finished in less than 3 hours and it works great. Will probably have him back after Christmas to add some plywood for storage.

Excellent service, the work was well done. Jack cares about the finished product and making the customer happy. I would have him come back and do more organizational work for our garage now that I have seen this work completed with the aluminum ladder installation.

Install of platforms and walkway in attic

Jack did a great job. Arrived early, had the old ladder down and the new one up in record time. The ladder he uses looks like a great product. Far superior to what we were looking at in Home Depot and Lowes. I would not hesitate to use Jack again or recommend him to anyone else.

What a great local company to do business with! The owner showed up at our house within 15 minutes of calling him. We had a ceiling attic door that wouldn't close and we were losing so much air conditioning in the hot month of June. He took the old one down and installed a new version that works wonderfully. It's much lighter and easier to get the ladder up and down than the old heavy one.

I had no idea how much I needed to replace my heavy attic ladder that came with the newly constructed home in 2003. The new ladder is aluminum and is super easy for me to operate myself. Wow! What a difference it has made in getting in and out of the attic. I wish I would have found Attic Butlers years ago. They were punctual and very fair on pricing. The job they did exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend them!!

The transformation in our "Attic from ****" was amazing. He added flooring, lights, light switches, catwalk, and strong lightweight ladder. Now it's a great and safe storage room. Best money I ever spent. Should have done it sooner.

Jack replaced our old wooden attic ladder with a sturdy new stainless steel ladder. He was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. He was respectful of our home and left the work area neat and clean. I have already recommended him and passed his number on to several family members.

GREAT and super easy experience!! I promptly heard from Jack when I requested a quote through Angie's List. He came by in person within a couple of days to give me a free quote and emailed an official quote the same day. He was able to schedule the job within the week. He showed up early and worked non-stop until the job was complete. He was a personable and polite person. Highly recommend.

Prior to the renovation, we had maybe 100 - 120 square feet of floor storage in the attic space above the garage. The attic floor had plywood sheets for some walking space/storage before, but they weren't secured and it was pretty rickety. There was also lots of unused storage space, because there were only joists. With the addition of two platforms and creating safe floor space for the entire attic, we added about 400 square feet of floor storage. Jack also installed an LED light, switch, electrical outlet and two aluminum ladders for both attic spaces. We had never had permanent lighting up there - always had to bring up flashlights or lanterns.
