Keller Williams, Pantuso Group, Ashley Pantuso. Having been a "corporate wife", I have been through the buy/sell process more times than I can count (ok, 14!). This was our first non-corporate move. Ashley Pantuso is hands down the best Realtor I've ever worked with. Words that I would use to describe her: Professional, Ethical, Enthusiastic, Prompt, Patient. She literally spent 2 years helping us find the "perfect" home, our retirement and last home ( where patience plays in...we may have been a tad wishy-washy). So now we needed to sell our current home. She listed our home on a Friday and by Saturday evening had a bidding war. I will concede that we are currently in a very hot market, but she negotiated an unprecedented $$$ for our neighborhood, was on top of every detail throughout the contract process and brought us to a smooth closing. My husband and I are still saying to each other "did that really just happen?". Without hesitation I would recommend Ashley. Great experience!
