I am writing to share my disappointment with Ages operations and to alert any pier and beam users to not use them. I am sure they do great HVAC work, but the Ages operations team has room to grow in upfront and forthright communication and service. We were charged $250 surcharge for an estimate without our approval beforehand, they didn't honor the promo they offered and we've had a run-around with their customer service. All because we're pier and beam. When we scheduled the service call, no one asked us about our foundation, nor alerted us that they don't typically service P&B homes. It cost $329, just for an estimate. It's been a waste of time and money. We've since had three other companies provide us an estimate, all for free. Save yourself the headache and call someone else if you're a P&B homeowner.

The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the outlet problem. The three carriage lanterns were replaced in about an hour. The technicians were on-time, professional, and quickly finished the job. The final price was less than other quotes I had received.
