Vincent and Christian were great! We discovered juvenile skunks living under our driveway on 07/16. We called on 07/17 and they came out within the hour to set traps. It took about a week to catch them all but they caught 5 juveniles (they were caught over multiple days). The traps were left for an additional week just to make sure there weren't any stragglers. They then came out with strong, 14" high metal fencing that they drove down into the ground all along the edges of our driveway so that we won't have any future inhabitants under the driveway. The total cost of $1000 ($200 initial set up, $100 for each visit to pick up skunks (we had 4 trips) and then $450 for the underground fencing). I'm not sure how their pricing compares to others but I feel like they were well worth the money. I would call them back in a heartbeat if/when we get any other unwanted guests in/on the property.

Called on a Sunday and he changed his schedule in order to accommodate my schedule. Was very professional and courteous. I thought maybe animal had died in wall. Instead of cutting in drywall he went to attic first and found the issue there. Saved me a lot of money.

I called and the first time they came out Vincent (I think he name was) was great. Super nice, and even came on a Sunday. He 'sealed' my home for $300 saying the rodents would be trapped and die in the attic. Fine. After months of them not dying I tried to call them back out. Never got a response. Money down the drain.

The service was horrible. I don't recommend them. The poor little squirrel died. They put a little trap in the attic. It was a cold winter, 20 something degrees. I called them the same day that they put the trap and said, "I think you guys got it." They said, "We go the next day to pick it up." They came and the poor little thing was dead. It was very expensive. They also fixed part of the fascia, the wood area underneath the roof. They put some sort of a little plate in order to close the hole. So they did a little fix to the area where the squirrel got in.

Also we are not always able to return immediately while we are servicing other costumers. This can happen when there is a same day catch, like in your case. They did a great job. They had multiple visits and I did not have any unexpected issues. They are the only ones I have used. I guess their traps were A quality because we caught the Mole. I would use them again in the future.

Vincent came out promptly and did a thorough review, providing a written estimate, contract and guarantee. He set up time to do all the exterior work necessary to close off entrances used by rodents and set up traps to catch anything still in the attic. He was very pleasant to deal with, thorough, and did an excellent job. He came back to check on the attic a few days later, working around my schedule. A All Animal Control of Fort Worth provided excellent, friendly, timely service and follow-up.

Vince is a diligent young fellow who went out of his way to help rid this property of pigeons that roosted above the front door entrance area. He continually monitored the traps and helped clean up the area when we were satisfied that the traps would no longer be needed. I would highly recommend him to anybody.....Glen Simpson.

They did a really good job. Vincent is the owner of the franchise up here and he is very upfront and honest. He will not try to sell you services in which he does not feel you need.
