Master bath remodel was extensive, with removal of old, and installation of shower, fixtures, marble vanity, sinks, light fixtures, vents. They also painted. They helped us pick materials, including colors, and took care of the process start to finish.
Storm windows installation was for entire house, and has made a big difference in comfort and energy already. They did a great job measuring, ordering, and installing.
Attic ladder replacement included removal of original drop down ladder and replacement with new, reinforced (and safer) ladder.
Steps from garage to home entry door are very steep. They measured and built handrail that is very helpful, and a good safety improvement for older residents.
Brian Campbell and his crew with 1st Texas Remodeling did a great job. We definitely will call 1st Texas Remodeling again for more projects.
1st Texas Remodeling is an excellent company. We have used this company several times. They also have
remodeled a guest house after a flood and the end result was a guest house that was better than the one pre-flood and
touched up a master bath remodel to correct mistakes of previous contractor and added creative embellishments.
