AACE Rentals & Management

I was attacked by the dog in another unit of the same address, a dog who, as I later found out from AACE, has a history of aggressive behavior. Although reported to AACE, they did not remedy this problem. Then, I slipped and fell down the stairs due to the slippery/greasy conditions of the stairs, fracturing ribs. Problem was never taken care of. Then, My guest slipped on and fell down the stairs in the same place as I fell, due to what has since been discovered to be substandard construction and continued slippery/greasy conditions of the stairs, and suffered injuries. The slippery/greasy condition had never been remedied by AACE even though problem was reported to them several weeks before. AACE is a very lazy rental agency who collects your money and pockets it, never making any effort to take care of problems.
