Z&Z resurfaced our pool, installed a new heater, replaced a water feature pump that hadn't worked in years, and re-set some loose flagstone decking. They were easy to work with, and any questions I had during the process were answered very quickly (often in under 30 minutes). Highly recommended! Everything looks great.

I had to oversee the work being done myself and note what they were doing wrong and then bring it up to the salesman to then stop the work and give them new instructions on how things need to be done. Less than a year after retiling my pool the tiles started breaking at the corners because they didn't listen to me when I told them their method of placing the tile and coping is going to result in broken tiles in no time. They charged me extra for items that were supposed to be included in the original estimate. Would not recommend these guys.

the project is almost complete. I had to haggle a little on the price, but feel that I got a good deal. Time will tell for sure about the quality of workmanship, but I believe it will stand the test of time. I have already recommended this company to a friend. Drew is a great young man, and is still learning.

It was the best experience from the Beginning, excellent customer service , Drew was really on top Of things the minute he came we met him from the beginning to the last day they finished service he explained everything in detail and he really is the best.I really recommend this company they did an excellent job we love our pool and the great job they did .

After speaking with several companies, I settled on Z & Z to replaster, clean the tiles/waterfall, replace coping and install rails for my pool because their rates were competitive and in some areas better. In addition, Jose Zambrano was courteous, professional and very helpful in answering my questions and concerns from start to finish. Staff was always on time and I was kept abreast almost daily by Jose of what to expect in progress up to the final day of the restart. Job well done, very pleased with the pebble tech bead surface and color, coping and rails. Great job!!!
