Got a call from their field sales representative who made an appointment, arrived on time and went over the project details with me. He send me the all-inclusive price by txt two days later. I did request a written quote that I did not receive since their office manager was with leave of absence.
Still decided to give the work to Valderrama and had to reschedule several times which was not a problem. Most communication through txt which was fine with me. Their crew arrived on time, communicated well, walked in our house with sleeves over their shoes and were respectful.
Later in the afternoon, their field sales man (veteran) showed up to give assistance to the two man crew. He wanted to make sure all went as per plan, noticed the two man crew was behind schedule and took his toolkit out of the truck, rolled up sleeves and got to work.
When it became dark another Valderrama truck showed up with the owner who wanted to make sure all went to plan.
Long story short the whole crew got the job done, later than expected and I was worried for additional charges since I did not had the written quote. The owner mentioned no problem what is agreed is agreed and he wants to make sure all is done in a safe manner.
Despite we did not "know" this company in our 77024 zip code, we rate Valderrama AC high based on their workmanship, team work and honesty besides they hire Vets which is always a great sign of confidence. We are glad they were on the Angie's List and they did not disappointed us while other "known" AC providers in the area refused to install this mini split due to third party liability excuses. Keep up the good work

This provide came to my house three times for A/C regular maintenance, a repair, and diagnosis. Every time, the technician showed up on time, was professional, and did the work well. He provided great advice, and did not pressure me for any purchase.

they management the time very well I was thinking that it would take all day to this job, Guess what?? it was fast that I though.
by the time they finish they clean up everything, my house was the same way the find it. Omg!! they was so quieted my husband was wondering about the light bill, but my bill is very reasonable.
I will recommend this company to all my family and friend and definitely I will use them again.
