The initial contact and scheduling went well, and they were able to quickly come do the repair. They arrived on time and went right to work. When the crew left, they told me they were out of window cleaner and that they could not properly clean the window. I agreed that was no big deal and that I could clean the window after 24 hours as they directed. When we attempted to clean the window, we learned there are marks, water spots and streaks that cannot be removed. It is now apparent that the company did not use a new piece of glass, but that they replaced my window with an old, used piece of glass. I have twice attempted to contact them with no results. I will keep trying and edit this review if they replace my window with new glass.

They did a good job.  Somebody came out at the end of the day and they performed the service.  The price was good.  They were fine.  They did the work at the price quoted.  They came on the day they were supposed to come.

I saw them working at my neighbors house. David came over and gave me a price to fix it. He contacted me the next day and said he was enroute to come and fix the pane. He was awesome, laid out cloth on both sides of the window. He removed the window carefully. He installed the new pane and put on new trim around the window. He cleaned out the area around the work. It was immaculate. I will definitely refer him to friends and family.

My son broke the window on Wednesday night. I called them on Thursday, they said they would get out that day or Friday. They called me on Thursday afternoon and said: "we can't get out, can we get out there on Friday?"; and I said: " I had something going on". So, they called me late Friday afternoon and said: "are you available?" and I said: "no' and they said: "we'll get out there Saturday morning, we will take care of it for you." They charges us from what they originally said. They got the job done under 30 minutes. They only work Monday to Friday, but they even came out on Saturday to get our window fixed. Somebody had rated them kind of a low on something and I think it was responsiveness, but they responded quickly. We definitely had an A experience and it was a matter of working around our schedule and theirs, and they made it work. They went above and beyond the call of duty and they didn't even charge us extra.

They came out under emergency conditions but charged an exorbitant amount. They were responsive, and made the repair the same evening that we called.

Bad experience.

It was in a three-story townhouse, so they didn't have ladders to reach high enough. They had to put up scaffolding. They came in right when they said they'd be here. It was a great experience. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They called at 8:30, said they would be there in an hour, and arrived by 9:30. Their price was better than the competing price; they were under by at least $200.

It was a hard job. They were neat. Took their shoes off when they came in. Easy and nice to deal with.

I called on 4/10/06 and workmen came the same day. There were two workmen, both very polite and efficient. Telephone Rep also polite and professional.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS.
