We called first thing in the morning and Pasadena Plumbing showed up within a few hours. First, the bathtub issues were addressed. They were able to pull out a massive hair clog that I was unable to reach with the tools I had on hand. They explained to us how to avoid this in the future and how to clear it ourselves if we want to try and fix it. Explained all the steps and the tools they used. Then, they unclogged the kitchen sink. Quick and friendly and a fair price. Must appreciated since we were so close to the holidays.

Within 30 days we had plumbing backups. The first time was in the kitchen sink. The tech came out and ran a snake from the clean out under the sink. We spent about $500 because it was after hours in the evening. He said it was guaranteed for a specific amount of time. I can't remember. Within 30 days we had a backup in our shower. When we called, after hours - another $500, they said it was a different line so it wasn't under the guarantee.

"This report is nearly a year old ( June 2011 service date) and this being the first we've heard that the customer was upset we would like to comment on her report. We did have to make two separate trips both of which were after hours, both of which were for different problems. We charged $298 for the first visit to up stop a kitchen drain. Then later in the month we were called out again after hours to clear a different drain. We charged $298 for this visit. The total for BOTH visits was $596.00. Not the $1000 as indicated by the customer. We find that the comment about our employee being unprofessional and her questioning whether he had been drinking to be completely unfounded. Our technicians are highly skilled and specially trained in customer service skills. We know that we must be polite and we work very hard to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied. Our employees are also drug screened and I can assure you they are alcohol free while under our employment. Her comments nearly a year later leave us disheartened. We wish that she would have made her feelings known to us immediately."

Everything went smoothly and we were kept informed as they worked on the leak repairs until it was all completed. The crew were very professional and kept the work area clean as well as the area in the house. No mud was tracked into our home. We cannot say enough about this company, my busband and I were ver pleased with the service and cost. After finishing the job, they left the area very clean, we didn't have to do any miscellaneous clean-up.

Chris promised and stood true to his word on a post-install followup to address any residual issues. This guy and his team are great - cooperative, polite, courteous and professional. I was referred to PPS from a friend who used Vidal and his team. I have already referred Chris and his team to others.

The tank of the toilet started dumping water onto the floor at 1:30am, and I was not strong enough to turn the shutoff valve. I called 3 plumbers that listed 24-hr service in the phone book. One never called back and the second said they could not get anyone out at that hour. Pasadena Plumbing paged a repairman, who called within 15 minutes, obviously having been waked up. We talked it over, and he was very clear about the charges for a late-night service call ($200 minimum). I agreed, and he arrived in about 1/2 an hour, and was able to get the valve to close. We agreed to wait until morning for the repair, and he charged me the $200 minimum and gave me estimates of what the repair work would cost, depending on whether the shut-off valve would need replacing. A different technician came the next day and replaced the in-tank mechanism for $225.

Mr. St.Clair was very efficient, arrived on time. Performed all requested work. Really a nice company to do business with. Cleaned up after himself.
