The work included placing all rugs including the one in back on the ground and using a foam solution, thoroughly cleaning them. They were spotless when done. The also used a light foam solution to clean the carpet, seats, and the headliner. When done, it too was spotless except for a small spot where I spilled coffee about a year ago. I too have tried to get it out without success. They also cleaned with solution all plastic; i.e. the dash and doors. It looked great when done. This was a trial. I now expect to have them back to clean the carpets too.
