Aweful! They weren't professional at all, the tile didn't seem to really be that clean when they were done. After their first round I asked them to do some tile again, just didn't seem to be that much better. Adding an extra room cost $35 for carpet!! Way overpriced. As for what happened next, I got home and noticed wood damage near the tile area. It wasn't much, but I wanted them to address it. I called them, they said they'd send someone out to look at it. That never happened. I called back several times, talked to the scheduler, the owner, was promised someone would come out to look at it, never happened. Total run-around. With as much as I paid for the service I expected a better response, or how about any response.
