He and I agreed that it would be better to make a curve to each end of the pool fence so my dog could run thru each doggie door. He made the curvature on one end-- but went directly toward the dog door on the opposite end. The new section of pool fence is actually attached TO THE DOOR! Now when the dog tries to enter the patio, it rubs on the pool fence, making it feel like something is in the way, and she will not use the door. I questioned Mark at that time, and he said he thought she would get used to it. Since she did not get use out of the door, I called him back, so he could put it where he originally said he would put it. He then told my husband, that he and I had agreed on where that end was to be-- I would never have put it obstructing my pets door-- therefore he would charge another $80.00, to move it the two feet needed.Perhaps, Mark underbid the job, and to rescue any profit, he made the fencing shorter. However to call me a liar, is inexcusable.
