I called to speak with a repair tech, when the phone went dead, I thought I was disconnected on accident, so I called back and was told they were very busy and that was the end of the conversation.
Very rude! I realize that they are very busy and I was expecting to wait for a return call when a rep.was available. I guess they don't need any more customers. My husband is disabled and a non-functioning AC. Is at the top of our get fixed list. It is very hot here and I am concerned about his health.

The first meeting with Ken was a few months before construction started. We spent many hours planing in detail the position of every electric outlet, switch, and light fixture. They were there the entire eight months during the construction process (many times throughout the entire night) and made sure the process went correctly. They periodically stop by to check on the systems and they graciously fix anything that needs fixing. Consider yourself extremely fortunate if you are able to employ Ken and Rick and Clarence's Refrigeration and Electric.

I have used them 3 or 4 times. Their rates are really good. When I call them, they don't even call back, they just show up. They are wonderful. They are very professional and their quality is great. They come and get the job done. You don't even pay at the end of the service, they send you a bill at the end of the month. I have called at 6:30am and they are here by 9am.

The experience was excellent.
