I would not use them for plumbing and finally ended up doing it by myself but I drove by their building recently and saw that it was for sale. I think probably they are no longer in business. They were replacing pump that pump is a little tank where my kitchen sink drains and one bathroom drains into, then this pump services around the house to another septic system. It was a very bad situation. They were quoting about $354 for the pump and there were couple of hundred dollars for them to remove the old pump and replace the new pump. They said that they would do it. I could walk to their place of business because they were that close. I already had to move 6” of soil around this sink and it’s a little tank. So I had already paid somebody to do it. I said them to have the number of that pump ordered and they said they would order it and it would be here within couple of days but it wasn’t there. In all this time I couldn’t use the kitchen sink as well as that one bathroom. So weeks went by and I went on calling. They weren’t getting back to me and they said that they weren’t able to find one where they had ordered. Months went by and I walked to Larry’s to ask where our pump was. They used to give various reasons and when I used to call them they could make out from their caller id as it was me and wouldn’t answer my call during business hours. I just kept telling them that I need it. After that I realized that they were not going to get me a pump and I went to another company called Becker’s and I asked them for a pump. Then Becker’s immediately told me that they would get it within a day. I also told them that Larry’s couldn’t get me one from anywhere for several months. Then they told that Larry’s were getting all their things from them. I then called Larry’s after we got the pump saying that I got the pump from somebody else. Then they told me that they would put the pump for me and when I asked how much they would charge they answered it would cost $200. Then I called another company to do it and they charged $60 to stick the pump in the hole, stuck two pipes in it and to plug it in. I would never ever call Larry’s plumbing back after that. I don’t know what their problem was but they lied to me every time.
