RAUL LOPEZ APPLIANCE REPAIR

I asked Mr. Lopez to check my washing machine since it had stopped working after a lightening strike. He asked for symptoms over the phone. He right away said he would order the part he thought was the problem. I specifically told him and texted him that i did not know what the problem was. A week later he showed up for the repair. He incorrectly installed the part he assumed was the problem without ever checking the washing machine first. Then he told my wife it was fixed. She showed him it was NOT fixed. He said he would look at the rest of the machine. He finally said that the motor was bad and we should buy a new machine. He charged my wife for the part he incorrectly installed and his labor for something that did not repair our washing machine. My wife called me at work to inform me, so i gave Mr. Lopez a call. He kept interrupting me while i was questioning what happened. When i asked him to stop interupting so i could finish my statement he hung up on me. He would not answer any calls of mine after that and eventually blocked my number. I was able to contact his wife at the home office number. She was kind, considerate and apologetic and said she would talk to her husband. I have not heard from either since.
