Mr. DeLeon never provided me with his promised estimate. I called him a few weeks after he looked at my house and asked when the estimate would be completed, since I had not yet received it. During our telephone conversation, he stated that his secretary would complete it within a few days and it would be e-mailed to me. At no point did he tell me that he would not be able to perform the services requested. The promised estimate never arrived. In reliance on his word, I did not call any other contractors for several weeks because I trusted that he would send me an estimate, as he had promised. The fact that he agreed to send me an estimate, and never did demonstrates a lack of trustworthiness/ honesty. If he was too busy, or providing the work would not be financially beneficial to his business, the proper response would be to decline the opportunity to perform any work on my property. He did not do that, which is the reason for his F in professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality.

They did a great job. The end result was very good and ndash; good quality work. They were also very easy to work with.
