Prior to purchasing this house, pointed out to our realtor that a rusted pan under the AC unit in the attic needed to be checked out, Countryside Air was referred to us by our realtor.  The realtor stated that Countryside Air had a super reputation.  Since the house was only 1 1/2 years old approximately and this issue had not been caught in 2 recent inspections was concerned about the problem being a larger problem in scope.  Countryside Air came out within the 10 day time frame required when a house is under contract, gave a quote of $270, assured us the problem should not be a deal breaker.  Asked the seller to pay for the repair, seller refused to do so, the realtor paid for the repair. About a month after we moved in Countryside Air promptly came out and fixed the problem.  Extremely professional, prompt, clean and spoke English, pleased they did not send out a contractor.  Will use them again.
