Wayne’s does good work. We’ve taken three cars to them, a Nissan Sentra, a Ford
Contour, and my baby, a ’67 Chevy Impala. They did a thorough job each time,
and none of the issues have resurfaced. I don’t trust just anyone with my baby,
but I do trust Wayne’s. Their prices have been very fair every time. It’s hard
to find a good mechanic, but I finally found one, and I’m sticking with them.

He is a very honest businessman. He started off in a little tiny space, but he is completely certified, and he does superior work. He does what he is doing. He has done super repair work for me for twenty eight years. He has been doing work here since 1965. He is probably going to be retiring here soon, and his son will be taking over the business. Everything that I have had done there has been A. When it is necessary he will tell me and when it is advisable he would tell me, and if it is optional he would tell me and let me decide. I have had only one issue that he would deal with and he told me so, and I know why he would deal with it. There was electronics involved it when he hooked it up to his machine. I have a car that has a built-in cell phone and it doesn't function properly and the dealership can't fix it, so I was just going to have him disconnect it. I was going to do that because I was having a report saying that the company was selling the data that they acquire from it, and I find that to be absolutely reprehensible. I won't use the phone because my voice is deep and the phone will pick it up. The people of Wayne's have tackled all kinds of issues. I have two cars. One of them is a twenty years' old Jeep, and they have worked on it. They have worked on my newer car which is a Buick and provided me yeoman service. It was tremendous and the guy is honest. I would recommend him to anybody that wants excellent mechanical work done. He can diagnose anything, and everybody in this area knows about him. His prices are fair. It is not cheap, but he does the work very professionally. He can't fix something out if it is electrical. I haven't had anything electrical done, so I can't speak about that other than the fact that he can diagnose it and tell me to use it if it is well. If it is something out of his area of expertise and is something that he doesn't feel comfortable with or he doesn't think he can do it, he will tell me that. He is the best auto mechanic I have ever had anything to do with. His son is completely certified. He is certified too, but he is getting up in years. He is a family man. His religion requires him to be honest. He doesn't break the honesty thing for business profits. He tells me the truth. The other day, I took my Buick in. I had two gas service soon lights come on. One of them came on a Friday, and I said I will take it in on Monday or Tuesday. Then the second week came on and when I had a used car, I wanted to use my old car to go to a store so I took it in on Monday morning. He took a look at it, and he was unreasonably cheap. He found out that I needed a new gas cap that pressurizes the system which cost me $75, but the gas cap was $20. He had to send out, get the cap and put it on the car but everything is fine now.
