hey kevin i havent recieved my reciept for the down payment ,and when is he guy gonna come and check the duct work that you said you would, also where do i send my payments to

Called and text and explained exactly what was wrong. He was quick to get here and I took him right to the issue no need for time to evaluate entire system. He stated $650 because the part is so hard to get and probably a special order. I let him know the distributor would give a discount to lower MY cost and after running an errand for another customer and returning with the part he said there really was no discount of any real amount. Because he used my name he got the part at distributor cost, and then STILL charged $650. It was a standard blower motor and was NOT some strange rare part. He spent about an hour working on it. I hadn't heard from my regular AC guy yet and it being just myself and 2 kids in this heat I didn't know he was cheating me and making money off my name. I didn't have the entire amount and as we discussed this he was quick to keep the 650 and just get anything from me. I gave him 325. Afterwards, I found out the job, with the part at full cost, would only be $450 and I got 4 different companies to quote. I found out what he actually paid for the part because he wouldn't ever tell me what he was charging as far as parts and labor. During a conversation when I was trying to get a itemized bill of parts and labor he refused and said he charges a flat rate like most other AC guys (which is completely not true) and it helps him on pocketing even more money without paying the taxes. That he relies on a software to tell him what to charge and I wouldn't understand it. At full cost, it shouldn't be more than $450. He charged an extra $200 on me, pocketed my discount, and admitted to tax evasion. He had the nerve to ask for the other $325 (I'll gladly give him about $75 because that's all I SHOULD owe). Probably shouldn't ask for reviews when you know there is a problem. I waited to do review until everything is known, customers should too.

I called Mr. Kevin Weber because he was was recommended to me by local friends and in a small town, that means a lot! I was distraught by the situation I was in! Within FIFTEEN minutes of explaining to him what was going on, he was at my door. I had been charged by another company 1500$ to fix my AC and it still wouldn’t cool, and that company was not answering or being helpful. Mr. Weber was extremely knowledgeable, and kind, explaining everything to me as he went, which means a lot to someone like me who is a single mom. Best of all, he quickly found the problem which was a float switch the other company had installed, and charged me a lot for, that was causing a drain back up, and fixed it within a few minutes, and then did not charge me at all. It was the kindest thing and such a blessing. This company has my business for life and when I purchase a brand new system it will be from them. I can’t believe how wonderful they were. Thank you, True Temp!!!

Everyone - from the lady I spoke with over the phone to the installers to the owners - were very helpful, very patient, very respectful, genuinely empathetic (a rare thing indeed), professional, and kind / good-natured. They were really awesome and it was a pleasure to work with them. We were in awe of the guys who had to work most of the day in the attic with the heat index in the triple digits, then outside in the blazing sun; despite the heat, they remained professional and really good-natured, as mentioned before. The owner came to inspect the work and ensured that the work areas were clear of any leftover debris or rubbish (they were), and to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Every person we met or had contact with via this company was polite, professional, and personable. We have had unpleasant, unprofessional experiences with contractors of all sorts since Harvey - many who left without finishing the job, overcharged with greatly inflated prices, etc., and know many people who have had the same experiences. I can say, with no reservations, that we highly recommend this company, as they did nothing of the sort; they finished the job in one day, the owner himself was easy to contact any time we needed to speak with him, the job was done correctly the first time, everyone was helpful, attentive, genuinely friendly and professional. Frankly, we were relieved to meet and work with contractors who still do business the way it should be done. We definitely recommend this company.

Was a awesome tech came early and knew exactly what was wrong turned into my warranty co and replaced the whole unit . Was prompt answered the phone every time I called and was very professional. I was very pleased with their service!!

Kevin did a great job evaluating the problem with both of my units. He listened to what I had to say and discussed the issues with me. Really have me value for the price, and I have already scheduled him for additional work. Thanks!

without a doubt hands down ,the best all around professonial in the business any man giving up his holiday to work on my air is the best in the business im 69 years old so ive seen my share of so called air conditioning repair people you will not regret calling this man,he is god in my book

The service performed was EXCELLENT! He was very professional and knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing step by step. Things that I did not understand, he patiently explained. Before performing any service, he gave me scenarios and possibilities of what he might find and what he would possibly have to do to get my air working.... so there was no surprises. He went out f his way to make sure I did not have to sleep another night in a hot house. I am VERY PLEASED with his service and HIGHLY recommend him for any repair needs.

Kevin not only explained what was going on, he showed me step by step what was wrong with my unit and he offered me options that would save me money. Just for looking at my unit thermacom charged me almost the price tha Kevin did to do actual on my unit. My house is good and cold.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He did a fantastic job, was punctual, kept me informed on the progress of the work being done, made sure to show me what needed to be done, explained why, in layman's terms, and offered multiple ways to address each issue I was having, while not trying to sell me anything or pressure me in any way. He was very up front, honest, punctual, and professional. He checked back with me to make sure I everything was working good and to make sure I was satisfied. I have found my A/C guy, and will be using him for all my A/C heating needs, and will be telling friends and family about him.
