Precision Aire's estimate was slightly higher than the other two, but their estimate was more thorough and detailed. They clearly itemized what work would be done and what would be covered with the installation Their estimate was the most professional one we received. We have been very satisfied with their work. They came in and installed the unit in a very timely manner. We still maintain a yearly maintenance schedule with them.

I have a contract with them. I think they are just wonderful. The guy who comes all the time is so personable, pleasant and efficient. He makes sure that we only get what we need and we don’t have any extras. They are honest.
