Quoting process took weeks. Exterior lighting of house was busted during the job and ignored. Old shingles were left in attic. Carport seam wasn’t sealed, causing a snow drift in my attic with the recent storm. Snow drift caused 7 bursts in water pipes and sheetrock damage. Mark Mraz said he would come out and caulk. But, that’s all he would do. He said I can’t prove any damage is Mraz’s fault even though all the damage is concentrated around the biggest hole in the seam.
