If you want someone STEAL your money and RUN AWAY then go ahead and hire them. Just in a matter of months we have problems and leaks and they are completely MIA. They do not return calls and respond to any communication. I had to hire lawyer to go after them.

They were fantastic. I was worried about finding the right roofer. They made everything easy and were very knowledgeable especially in dealing with my insurance company. This company was fantastic to work with and their pricing was very fair, especially considering the price gauging that was happening with other companies trying to take advantage of the hail storm in the area. My two primary contacts were Zac and Frank. Both of these guys were very professional and very knowledgeable. Zac Hales was absolutely fantastic to work with. Zac was my main contact person and provided very consistent updates throughout the process. He knew that price was a big consideration since my mom's house was under-insured, so he presented the best options to us and figured out ways to keep the cost low without compromising the integrity of the roof. Part of that involved reusing roof components that were still in working order, e.g. vent stacks, but he committed to replacing anything that needed replacement. He honored his promise and installed new turbines at no cost, even though they weren't listed in the original estimate.

The overall quality on both my mom's roof and my granddad's roof were excellent. They delivered on all of their promises and I would (and have) recommended them to anyone that needs a new roof.

They are there to meet with the adjusters, then preform the requested service. Great cleanup, responsive to my needs and very professional.

Premier gave me a quote. They were a little higher than another quote I got. However, Premier did all the ordering, materials delivered, made sure everything was on the job site and then cleaned the area. They showed up on the day promised, began working promptly and was finished and gone by the end of the day. Other than a new roof, there was no sign they were ever at my house. Jeff Sugg is the best and really cares about his customers.

I had no problems with them and I would call them again if I needed them. They were the only ones that would return my call and that speaks a lot for me and he is a very nice man. Their price was in line with all the other quotes I got. They cleaned up after themselves and they were here on time. They would answer any questions that I had. I had some water that was leaking in through my back door and I have had other people come out and they couldn't figure out the issue. I had the roofer look at it and he determined right away that all it needed was some caulking. It is a really good company. Their sales representatives is really good and they are one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

They did a really good job. We had a leak after the repair at one time, and they honored their warranty and fixed the leak. They cleaned up really good. They got the job done in one day. We also had a fascia board that was rotted, and they replaced it at no extra charge which we appreciated. Their price was very competitive with other quotes we got. They always showed up right on time as promised.

Premiere Roofing was recommended to me by my parents. Premiere had recently replaced my parents' roof, and they were very pleased with the professionalism, prompt service, and pleasant personalities of the Premiere employees. My parents had bids from individuals that were lower, but when they considered the services offered, Premiere was the best choice. Because my parents, who can be a challenge to please, were happy with Premiere's performance, I knew Premiere was the company I wanted to replace my roof. A Premiere representative came to give me an estimate the same day I called. He, Jeff, explained the steps involved with removing and replacing a roof. He provided a detailed list of the materials and supplies that would be needed. He explained why one material was preferred over another, and he was willing to answer questions. Before he left, I had a clear understanding of what was going to be done, an expected start date, and a predicted end date, as well as, a phone number to call with any questions or concerns. Other companies might have offered to replace my roof for less money, but the attention to detail and peace of mind that Premiere would perform the job correctly, provide a warranty, and be available if an issue arose in the future was worth more than the few dollars I might have saved by going with another company.

The job went well, the roofing crew showed up on Monday and ended the job on Wednesday.
Couldn't have asked for a better crew.
They cleaned up after the job and the place looked great.
