We were very pleased with their service. When we had any question, the technicians called us back immediately and explained what was going on in the property. They told us what they were doing about. They were very effective.

This treatment was $150 for interior and exterior and only a few ants are visible one week later. 99% improvement from hundreds of ants at all hours of the day. Toby was efficient and pleasant. I resorted to Orkin because the store bought solutions, (I tried 8 total different poisons and baits before calling a professional) didn't work. Now that the initial treatment is completed, I am still on the hook to pay for an entire year of treatments. I am not sure why 1 year of treatment costs $720. But we have dealt with ants for so long that I am going to bite the bullet and experience the Orkin treatment for 1 year and see if that get's rid of them for a long time to come.

I was fine with them and the guy was really nice. I liked the technician but I still had a problem with ants in my kitchen after that but I figured that out and got it resolved. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, there was a disconnect between salesperson and technician. I would prefer to deal only with the technician. He had very clear, concise explanations. We found, in fact, that termite treatment takes place inside the walls, and were greatly relieved when treatment was complete. Termites started dropping out of the hole in the wall and continued coming out for days.
