Very quickly and reasonably. I found their employees friendly, well mannered and funny. They are very professional. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't use this guy if he paid me.

He is an excellent guy, a very nice person.

Called Mr. Plumber and explained that there was a slow leak at the base of our toilet, and that I thought the seal may be bad. I also explained I had a couple days off work to tend to some business and would like to know if someone could be scheduled to come early morning or late afternoon, and during the next couple days I was off.
He was polite and professional. He said he could have someone there the next day first thing (8:30 am). He told me the rate was $85.00 (the minimum) the first hour then $42.50 per half-hour. This is a good rate for the Denison/Sherman, Texas, area. I was told the plumber would call before arriving at the house to make sure he had the correct directions and give me an ETA.
The next moring I got a call about 8:00 am explaining that he was going to be short hand and he needed to make some adjustments for the day. He assured me that I was first on the list but it may be closer to 9:00 am when someone arrived. I appreciated the call and told him so, also said 9:00 was okay.
Received call that the plumber would arrive shortly. The plumber, Adam, actually showed up about 8:40 am.
Adam, proceeded to work on the toilet. He turned off the water valve to the tank, disconnected the water line to the tank, undid the bolts holding the tank to the floor. Adam found that part of the flange had broken and that was why water was leaking. He replaced the old flange with a new one. He also replaced the old bolts with new ones. Adam reseated the toilet on a new ring, bolted the toilet in place, reconnected water line, turned on the water. He tested that everything worked correctely and that the leak was fixed.
Job was done in less than a hour. With the minimum $85.00 plus new flange and tax the total came to $114.76. I'm satisfied and would recomment Mr. Plumber.

They were reasonably priced and did the job with very good quality of work. I have had them out for minor repairs and things and they have repaired those things very quickly.
