Despite a computer malfunction on the day of purchase, the salesman was helpful and did not try to influence our testing and purchase decision.  He explained the products avaailable, the pricing, warranties, and delivery options without making us feel rushed or intimidated by the confusing array of products available.  Because of the computer system problem he directed us to a second location, a discount outlet store of the same firm just a mile away.  The sale was completed by a second salesman, equally professional.  We discovered a lower price than we had paid on the company's internet site the next day,  The manager honored their "match any lower price"policy and issued a refund that was credited to our account.  The mattress was delived as schuled by a driver and helper.  All were efficient and professional.
