Markl and Sons serviced and fixed our AC units for several years prior to July 2012.
We were very impressed and pleased with their work, and only switched
providers because they do not install the brand AC unit we desired.
Otherwise, we would still be with them.

We were out of town when our son called us informing us that the main AC unit in our house wasn't cooling and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees! After throwing out a few choice words ( I am totally snake bit when it comes to air conditioners! Of course the 24th day of over 100 degree days here didn't help matters either) and my wife calming me down, I finally settled down since the other units in the house were working. The next morning (Sunday!) I called Markl AC and got their answering machine (which I completely expected) and left a message. I got a call back in literally about 6 minutes, no exaggeration. Kevin, their tech on call just casually said and quot;OK, I can be there in about 45 minutes.and quot; Are you believing this? 45 Minutes? I can't even drive to my office that quick. And he did show up in less time than that. Simply unbelievable service to say the least. This is the second time I have used them and they exceed our expectations every time. My brother used them many times and brags about them regularly.
And I failed to mention, I live in the Fairview area, just south of McKinny! They are located in Sherman and he drove about 50 miles or more to get there. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
