Workers did a great job and finished the project in two days. Other than some drink bottles hiding in the bushes, they cleaned the premises very well.

When they got all the shingles pulled off they found decking that needed to be repaired and the brought this to our attention and repaired it. Their rates were very competitive and they did a very nice job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the shingles and nails.

They did a great job, but I did have to also have to call them back on a shroud over our elevator house, which was taken care of after a few phone calls since it was considered to have been part of the original agreement. It was sub-contracted out, but Steve only uses very efficient professional crews, and does care that the job gets done to the letter.
The only real hangup I had, which I HIGHLY advise you mention is that the INITIAL and FINAL Quote before you sign NEEDS to include state sales tax so you know exactly how much the job will cost you. I did not ask for the above, and as a result, the job ate into my credit line from the bank which was also to cover expenses in an HVAC repair.
Obviously you are a customer who wants to be informed and know what to expect, so don't let a rookie mistake cost you. This company is the ONLY commercial roofing outfit I would recommend in Sherman/Denison area. They are A+ rated on BBB AND Accredited by BBB.

Denise came out and gave a written estimate!! He explained every detail of cost and made certain that the color was right!! Workers showed up just as planned and even changes made midway were taken in stride!! Work was completed in one day and all the paperwork was taken care of by Denise!!! I was totally impressed!!!
