On 5/9 I called H2O Solutions in the morning about 9 a.m to repair my water heater. My wife and I had to take an Army shower the last couple of days. The phone rep of H2O asked what kind of water heater I had. He told me that the water heater company manufacturer had problems with their water heater design and that I should go online to their web site, describe the problem and ask that they ship me a whole replacement kit for the water heater. He also said that he had one of the replacement kits and they could fix it today. Thirty minutes later, the manufacturer, called me and said they would ship me free of charge a new gas kit. By 10 a.m, a truck from H2O Solutions was at my door ready to work on the water heater. The two men were cordial, fast, and explained the problem. They also liked my dog, Ari. By 11 a.m, they were done with the work and said that if I would call them when I received the replacement kit in the mail and returned that kit to H2O, they would refund me the cost of the kit they installed. My final cost would be about $61.
