Very responsive. Went out on time. Communicated about time of ETA. Once onsite, called with all kinds of phrases about wheels, springs, gears, and performed repair work. Sent an invoice for $1108 with $683 labor for 1.5 hrs work, a $50 service call fee, 3.1% of total added for paying with a credit card. COMPLETE RIP OFF and they are NOT BBB rated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Slick con artists. Tenant signed for the work and they sent me the invoice with a ton of markup and higher labor than the attorney you'll need to fight it.
