I was looking to buy a home in the Denison or Sherman area but my credit was not high enough to go thru a regular mortgage company or bank. I saw one of their homes for sale and called Becky. We looked at several homes in both Sherman and Denison in the middle of summer and she never complained. When I found my home, they asked for 10% down to cover down payment. escrow and closing costs on an older home and we closed in less than 30 days from the date that I made that first call to her. I love my home. It has a nice size backyard, hard wood floors, central heat and air and is in good shape. It is in walking distance to stores and restaurants so that I don't have to drive to get the items I might be needing. Becky and Ron are very helpful and if I have a problem making a payment, they are understanding and quick to try to help me find a solution. You couldn't ask for better people to buy a home from. If I had a relative wanting to purchase a home in Denison or Sherman, I would recommend them to Becky because I know they would be in good hands and would not be cheated. They sell custom homes as well as already built homes. If you need a home of your own, I would definitely give them a call.
