He also does all kinds of landscaping. The name of his company is Clearview and his name is Shawn Briley. He is perfect and I am very, very pleased with him and his work. He is trustworthy. I have a little more that he is going to do but we have to wait for good weather. Overall I would grade him 'A' plus, plus absolutely if I could. I think the price is probably a good. The quality is very good, they are excellent. The responsiveness is excellent. The punctuality is excellent. No complaints at all. They are very, very professional. I absolutely will use them again in the future.  He is trying to go into business with a property or homes company and fixing them up and selling them. He hasn't done that for me so I don't know, it is something that he is just starting.

When they had done the job, we were quite pleased with the results. The problems with Shawn started almost immediately. He did not have an invoice for me on the day of the installation, but said he would email me one the next day. It was three weeks later before he sent me an invoice after some email requests from me. Within three weeks, the trees started showing some distress and I called and sent emails to Shawn and received no response. My wife called his cell and reached him and told him of the distress we were seeing. He told her he would come by that afternoon or the next day to look at the situation. He never showed up. This is the last communication we have received from Shawn Riley. I have made several phone calls and sent numerous emails including photos of the trees and shrubs, that within one month were dead and shedding all of their leaves. Shawn has not returned any of my calls nor responded to any of my emails. According to his invoice these trees and shrubs had a one year guarantee, yet it is obvious to me that he is avoiding our calls and ignoring our emails. My only recourse is to take him to court to try to recoup some of our expense. The reviews we had read all said he was really good and dependable. I do not know why he decided that we would be the ones he would turn rogue on, but I would advise anyone interested in any tree work of any kind to avoid Clearview Trees in Sherman Texas.

Shawn is very professional and does a good job. He uses all documented workers and pays his workmen well, therefore his prices might be a little higher but I am willing to pay more because I am able to communicate effectively with all his workman. They are thorough, prompt, dependable and they clean up after themselves. I have great confidence in Shawn and his abilities.

They did a great job. They came when they said they would, they cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.
