Contacted by phone. Les came right over. Able to repair washer quickly. I'm very pleased with the repair work and it is nice to have found an appliance repair man that I can trust. I would definitely call him again. Recommended!

Les did a great job and is sending us a referral for having the venting in the house cleaned out. He really took time to show me the hazard and even took time to meet our dog and put her mind at ease, too.

The entire transaction went smooth. Craig was punctual and his office provided me with a 30 minute warning that he was on the way. The entire replacement was fast and affordable. I have a Samsung side by side. In the past Craig has repaired the circuit board on my microwave, an old washing machine, a different freezer we have in our garage etc. He has also done work for my brother in the past that my brother was very happy with.

He was excellent. I got them off Angie's list. I just had to pay them the service cost. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He has been in this profession for more than 15 years. He told me some things that I did not know. He came in early. He was very professional.
