To begin with, I called Action Fence on a Saturday evening expecting to get an answering machine so that I could leave a message. Imagine my surprise when Todd, the owner, answered the phone! He was friendly, professional and very accommodating. He even came out to our place Sunday to give us an estimate!
Second, Todd was prompt and courteous from day one. He provided a fair estimate and a suitable time frame within which the job would be completed.
Finally, Todd and his crew promptly arrived on the scheduled day. They were very nice to our dogs - which is a MUST if you're going to be on our property! The job was completed within a day and the new fence looks FABULOUS! I wish Todd did more than fencing as he is one of the best contractors with whom we have ever worked!

Unlike SO many people I had talked to about this project before him, Tod answered phone calls (or returned them promptly) and actually showed up when he said he would! His estimate was not the lowest I received, but it was upfront about what it included and wasn't a situation of and quot;your cost may be higher IFand quot; as so many of them were.
He gave me an estimated start date, called the week before to confirm, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He and his crew worked their tails off in the August heat, and he kept me in the loop as to where they were at on the job. Mine was a difficult job (for a multitude of reasons, none of which were his fault), and towards the end we encountered an issue that delayed completion of the job by almost a month (again, not his fault). Tod went out of his way to do everything he could to make things workable for me until things were fixed, and once everything was back on track, promptly showed up to complete the job. The finished product looks good and at least appears to be very well constructed. Overall positive experience, and I'd use him again.

They had the lowest price and were the most responsive. It went very well. They communicated the timeline accurately throughout the entire job.
