After reading so many positive reviews decided this was the company I should call. It took several trips due to no fault of theirs and had to order parts for old equipment I have but they got the problem fixed. They were very polite, cleaned up everything and did a great job. During the process an electrical problem occurred and they were very open to working with him over the phone since they couldn't both be there at same time to help find and resolve the issue. Kevin was very knowledgeable about his job and performed in a highly professional manner. Until today, I'd never met him before but by the time he left, I felt as though I'd known him all my life. He even gave me some good feedback as to how to install a mini French drain to solve my muddy mess at the AC drain spot I will refer A+ to anyone I meet that is having AC issues.

Don, Kevin, Mont recommended and installed a ductless mini split unit in my garage. They are experienced and knowledgeable on the options of equipment and installation methods. They showed up early and worked consistently to complete the install and checkout the unit. This included drilling drain pipe holes thru the stucco, and adding appropriate sealing and covers. Getting the specific angle correct for good drainage was an issue and they returned the next morning (Saturday!) to adjust it so it drained well. They provided a quote well ahead of the work start and stayed with the quoted price. They are friendly and easy to work with, moved and replaced shelves to get to the garage wall, and cleaned up the work area completely. I'll call them to service the unit annually and would have them do additional air service work as well.

Don returned my phone call inquiring about service in a timely manner. Don came out and diagnose the problem and Price the parts for me so I'd have an idea how much the bill was going to be. He called and schedule the work for two days later he arrived at the scheduled time for the job the next morning did the job of the professional manner and the bill was actually $60 less than they quoted me .
