Horrible customer service. Customers do not matter to Robert's. Dishonest, unprofessional and disappointing are understatements. Robert's refused to honor what their salesman had agreed to. When I asked the manager about honoring his employee's promises, he was rude, domineering and caustic. I regret ever buying from them and will never buy from there again.
