I CANNOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. As I was looking at the Toby Mug to make sure it was in good condition the clerk asked me if I examined it thoroughly and took it from me and seemingly went over it and said it was in perfect condition and wrapped it up. Of course when I got it home and cleaned it there was a crack all the way across the base. I brought it back and at first they tried to tell me that it was not a crack - kind of like the parrot isn't dead. They then said all sales are final - I said I would stop the credit card payment and they told me they would have me arrested for theft if I did that. I walked in with what I thought was a comprimising spirit but they were hostile and aggressive. I would recommend going somewhere else to shop!
