I asked them to come out and give an estimate on plumbing on a rental property I own. Our immediate need was a leak in the toilet and the water lines in the shower to be put back together, and we also wanted thoughts on getting a water heater removed from the building, which is set up as a shop. They came at 12. There were 2 gentlemen who came, Brandon Reese and Steven. Ther were very nice. They spent a good deal of time talking with us, mostly telling us that our project was impossible and would be very expensive. They hemmed and hawed and probably didn?t want to do it. I didn?t expect them to say they?d do it, but I did expect them to be courteous. We felt good after they left, and that the Big Deal would be the start to a bigger project. When they gave some estimates for the bigger job with the water heater, I joked I'd have to give them a lot of piano lessons to pay.

They said they?d give me an estimate in a few days. It?s now been almost 4 weeks and no estimate. I called about every three days. I called them again Monday. A woman at the office said, ?I don?t know a thing about this. I think that what you?re trying to do is break a lot of laws with the plumbing jobs you want.? She later said they charge $60/hour for an estimate. She said they?d refund $40 for the situation. I was never told that there was a charge for an estimate. The guys spent a lot of time speaking with us and just visiting. I had no idea there was a charge for that. She also said I was trying to steal by only paying with piano lessons - that was a joke!

Finally, she decided she?d send us $50 back. But I'd like to have all of it back.

I had a warranty policy and the service call was $85. They are very prompt and have professional staff. I would call them for any type of plumbing in the house whether it was under warranty or not.

Finished on time (took all morning), and the tank works as expected.

They worked for several days at a time convenient for me; Brandon Reese did most of the work and was very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Use my Choice Home Warranty; Reese was contacted very quickly, I received a call around 8:30, and they met me at my house in less than 45 minutes later. Made the repair, and I was back to work in a very short time. I would highly recomment these folks for a plumbing repair.

The men were friendly. The work they did was not as professional as I had expected. I believe that if my husband had been present he would have understood all that was being done. However, since he was out of town at the time I had to take these men at their word. The work took approximately 2 or 3 weeks to complete and in that time I did not have hot water. The men were not as thorough in their clean up as I expected them to be.

Called the company to fix the problem and they did fix the packing nut issue but that was it. When they left the problem was worse than it was originally. Also, they left an unmatching set of handles! I had to call another company to repair all the work performed and they had to cut a hole in the wall behind the valve and isntall a new valve assembly (manifold) and install a new fixture kit and an access plate. This all cost me a considerable amount of money and trouble. My new plumber told me all it needed originally was new seats, or to repair them, a 30 min job.

I submitted a claim through my homeowner's warranty one evening, and they called to set up an appointment at 7:30am the next morning! I wasn't able to call them back until 3 o'clock, but they came out only 45 minutes later and were finished in 30 minutes. Jerry was the technician, and he was neatly dressed, polite, and quick. He politely asked if he could borrow some paper towels and cleaned up after himself when he was done. Super quick and friendly!

Because the shower drain couldn't be accessed from the crawl space, we basically had to rebuild the shower. When Reese put into the new faucets, the water pressure was much less and they never fixed it to its original quality. They finally fixed the shower drain, but not before they created another leak with the shut-off valve which we had to call them back in to fix.
