Great, they performed a system's check and ordered parts and got it repaired timely.

GREAT... WE DISCOVERED THEM BACK IN 2014 OR 2015... AFTER BEING RIPPED OFF BY OTHER LOCAL AND REMOTE SERVICE PROVIDERSQUALITY DOES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.... AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN....ALSO, THEY FIXED MANY A/C PROBLEMS  TOO

I called because the dad can to our rescue on 2 Christmas. Scott (son) & 2 guys were here over 3 hours. Bent pipe behind wall let very little water thru new faucet. Installed another brand disposal, not telling he was out of stock of one promised. The installed was so rough it knocked glass off cabinet top it broke on floor. Very loud. I was charged same price as one I was promised. Xtra money was to cover warranty work when he came back to work on it !! What? Did not have supplies for p-traps. He did make some via local lumber yard. We had commode removed to speed job. Scott looked @ location & said he would return to put potty in later when we got another to replace broken one. SIX WEEKS later secretary finally admitted they would not come back to finish job, after keeping me Waiting. Many excuses offered, big job already on books, other people needed them, another big job and last one a death (for real, this one I understood), but was promised next "written in stone" week. All I got for my money with them was 2 p-traps. Time period: 03/16/16 - 05/03/16 Finally called a plumbing company 70 miles away, they came next day and repaired all mess.

They did an outstanding job. The new faucet does not leak.

Briefly- they were prompt to give estimate and prompt to removed the old water heater and install the new one. We talked about the quality of the new water heater and how things work. They are very methodical about their work.
