Jordan, a salesman for Radiant, came to my door in March offering to do a free roof inspection. Normally I would not accept an offer from someone who knocked on my door, but I had seen Radiant doing several roofs in my neighborhood in previous months and had recalled looking them up on Angie's List and seeing their A rating. So I told him OK. He looked and came back with photos of hail damage, which surprised me because I had no leaks, but he reminded me of hailstorms almost a year before. Then I recalled my neighbor getting his roof replaced because of hail damage, and I realized that's what Reliant was doing around the neighborhood before.
I was still hesitant and wanted to get another opinion, but then he told me it was covered by my homeowner's insurance, which would come out and inspect and approve it, and all it would cost me was my deductible. At that point, I said let's do it. The house roof was just 5 years old, and the shed roof was very old
I had switched insurance companies since the storm, but the old insurance company came out, agreed it needed replacing and authorized the repair. Radiant had some shingles with a lower warranty and others with a higher warranty than what was on the roof, so they fought for the ones with the higher warranty, and the insurance company agreed to pay more for those.
In the end, the bill was $16,156. I paid $2,440, which was my deductible Reliant was wonderful throughout the process, keeping in touch, working professionally and cleaning up behind themselves. I'd hire them again if I need another roofing job. And if another serious hailstorm hits, I will definitely call them for an inspection.

Called the company due to a water

leak in our roof. Mr. Tabor Woolard and Carlos Molinas came and evaluate the problem. Were very professional and explained to us what needed to be done. Mr Molinas came within a couple of days and fix the problem. He explained what he had done and even show me the part he replaced. Even thou it was a small job they schedule it within a week. We will call them when we need to replace the roof, we are very satisfied with the company.

During the last Texas downpour I noted a small leak in my garage. After further inspection I found a large hole in my roof. I contacted Radiant Roofing and they came out within a few days to provide an estimate. I scheduled a repair date with the company and everything was completed on time and the work looks great. What impressed me the most about this company was its professional staff and VERY FAIR PRICES. I would definitely recommend Radiant Roofing and will continue to use their service if and when needed.

I can't say enough about the guys at Radiant Roofing. I had purchased a new (older) home and it needed a new roof. I know nothing about roofing or anything of the sort. They came out the same day I called and they answered all my questions so that I could actually understand what I needed and what I was paying for. They were very courteous and professional. Shane oversaw the whole process himself. He made sure the jobsite was clean and it was even completed before they said it would be. I have never written a review like this before, but I was so pleased after the whole home buying nightmare, this process was actually pleasant.

I needed a roofer who would come out to the Hill Country, and repair my mother's roof. My dad built the house himself and he isn't a professional builder. Needless to say, it was a challenging roof, with many different sizes and shapes. The prices I was getting were way above my budget. Then a friend of mine, a homebuilder, recommended Radiant Roofing, a contractor he had been using for a long while. I got the next to the lowest quote from them (the lowest was from a small company I came across, who didn't have many years in the business), and since I had a good reference on them, I scheduled the re-roof (their price allowed me to do the whole thing, which I really needed, but didn't think I could afford) and it was done in 2 days! Even with the trip out to the Hill Country! Our tricky roof now has no leaks, looks great, and we got a follow up phone call to check on the service and satisfaction. I decided to write this review because I usually don't find this kind of service and thought they deserved a positive report. Thanks, Radiant Roofing and ndash; now I'm confident that my parents can stay dry without going broke!!
