The service people at Best Buy were great. They came and installed my new dishwasher in about 30 minutes. They called before coming over and left no mess. The salesman was very knowledgeable concerning the rebate and the recall in general. They were very helpful.

They bent over backward to make sure that I was satisfied. Jonathon assisted us with the GPS system and even beat a price by a competitor. Samuel was very knowledgeable assisting us with the washer and dryers, and Tristan really gave us a wonderful deal on our laptop. They were even able to arrange for someone to come out and get all of our computers together on one system for only $89. They manager was also extremely courteous and professional. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely shop there again.

THEY GOT TO OUR COMPUTER VERY QUICKLY, WE HAD IT BACK WITHIN DAYS. THEY EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW IT HAPPENED, SO THAT WAY WE COULD KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.

THE EMPLOYEES AT BEST BUY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. I HAD NO IDEA IF MY COMPUTER COULD BE FIXED OR NOT. THEY MADE SURE THEY TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE FIRST.
