Tommy Mullins - owner Please keep in mind I personally have very little knowledge on paving a driveway. I contacted Tommy, who seemed very KNOWLEDGEABLE. I had a new rock driveway on a new home. I wanted a paved driveway that was solid and had proper drainage. Tommy came out and looked at everything. I asked about drainage and a need for a metal drain culvert. Tommy said everything looked solid on the rock driveway and there was no need for a metal drain culvert. Tommy was the expert and I paid him over $5,000.00 cash for his expertise and labor on a chip seal asphalt drive way. Tommy Promised with a good old handshake that if there were any problems with the driveway or drainage he would make the necessary repairs. Tommy told me the only thing I may need to purchase is a metal culvert, (but he hardly could see a need) he would cover everything else for any repairs. The original job looked great. Then after a couple of rain storm the driveway slowly started to erode falling apart. I CALLED RIGHT AWAY. Tommy said he would be out when the rain stopped and he could work again. Tommy promised to return and repair the damage. Month after month tommy promised to return... april, may, jul... "i'll be there next month... We are still waiting...
