My Sears canister vacuum was barely picking up dirt. After changing out the bag and two filters, the problem still wasn't corrected. I took the vacuum to The Sew & Vac Shop and asked that I be called with an estimate before they did the work. I got the call and learned that the hose was clogged and they fixed it for only $9.95. I assume it was the owner that I spoke to when I picked it up, and she was very outgoing and struck up a pleasant conversation with me. She is very courteous and appreciative of the business.
